During our trip to Cannes, Flip invited Directors whose films were selected to be part of the Court Metrage at the 63rd Festival De Cannes to participate in the Flip-Ala-Cannes Competition. The three of us visiting there decided to participate in the competition and do one short film each.

So now we reached the famous French city of Cannes. A city by the sea with winding roads, stepped buildings and magnificent views. As we stepped out of the bus on the 12th of May, our luggage was quite a sight with almost three bags a person. The taxi guys waiting near the bus station had quite an attitude.  Finally someone was gracious enough to offer us a taxi ride to the ‘La Bocca’ area to our hotel Villa Maupassant.

April 1st 2010 saw Xpanse CGI the team behind Xero Error announce their first CG film ‘Levity – Xero Error Minus1′ in Dubai UAE.

The press conference which was held last Thursday at the Knowledge Village was focused primarily at the world premiere of the film to be showcased at the 3rd Gulf Film Festival in Dubai. Present on the panel were Ashraf Ghori [Creator, Director of Xero Error], Mohammad Mondal [Associate Producer], Waqqas Qadir Sheikh [Associate Producer], Phat Mo [Actor / Singer], and Nizam Mohammed [Motion Graphic Designer] and was MC’d by Ritesh Jeswani.
