Xpanse CGI begins its 4th year of operations with the launch of its first film ‘Levity - Xero Error Minus1′. It also claims the coveted spot of being U.A.E’s first Computer Generated SciFi Film.

‘Levity - Xero Error Minus1′ will have its World Premiere at the 3rd Gulf Film Festival organized by The Dubai Culture & Arts Authority. GFF will take place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates between April 8^th - 14^th, 2010. The film will feature in the Short section of the Official Competition Programme. It is also aimed to be featured at other major international film festivals including Cannes, Toronto and Sundance.

Levity is the first film in the ‘Xero Error’ series. The series are planned as events in history that are witnessed by our time traveling cyborg hero XE7. This 8 minute film was put together in 6 months, 2 months of pre-production and production time of  4 months. It featured 9 Dubai-based talents providing the voice / acting for the film.

Director Ashraf Ghori began initial groundwork on Xero Error two years ago which has since gained a steady fan following from 88 countries worldwide. There are plans in the near future for producing a full length Xero Error feature film.
